The Ministry of the Interior recently announced that Monday, June 5, 2023, in connection with the celebration of 150 years of Hindustani Immigration, will once be considered as an official public holiday.
This one-time holiday will be added to the 2023 holiday calendar of Celery. After that, however, you still need to add this holiday to your own holiday schedule, which can be added under Employer/HRM/Holidays/Add Public Holidays.
Finally, you must then reopen and save the pending time-off requests in which the date June 5th is included. The vacation hours taken on June 5th will then no longer be deducted from the vacation balance.
