Your daily tasks

Are you a software enthusiast with a strong sales skillset and big ambitions? Excited to help businesses optimize their payroll and HRM processes in Suriname, Aruba, Bonaire, the British Virgin Islands, Curaçao, Guyana, Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Maarten? Then you’re the specialist we’re looking for at Celery Payroll & HRM!

As a Software & Sales Specialist, you’ll represent Celery in Suriname and our other markets. You’ll inspire clients with our software, deliver engaging demos, and make sure businesses can’t imagine a single day without Celery.

A Day in Your Life Might Look Like This:

  • Delivering product presentations that win over even the toughest CFOs.
  • Engaging with businesses to understand their challenges and positioning our software as the solution.
  • Developing smart strategies to attract new clients (bonus points if you come up with a brilliant plan we haven’t thought of yet!).
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring they remain loyal and satisfied.
  • Staying ahead of market trends and competition—you’re always three steps ahead.

 

What we're looking for

Our new superhero has the following characteristics:

  • You live in Suriname.
  • You’re passionate about software and know how to share that enthusiasm.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in software sales (knowledge of payroll and HRM is a big plus).
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English 
  • You work independently but enjoy achieving goals as part of a team.
  • You’re results-driven and won’t rest until a deal is closed.
  • You’re comfortable traveling within Suriname, Guyana, and the Caribbean region.
